Terms of Use
Effective: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Framebook, Frames, our websites, applications, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are provided by Frontier Intelligence, Inc. (“Frontier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms to use the Services, unless we expressly permit otherwise.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
2. The Services
Framebook is a platform that allows users to create, publish, install, fork, execute, and interact with software applications or capabilities called “Frames.”
Frames may be created by Frontier or by third parties.
Third-party Frames are created and controlled by their creators, not Frontier. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Frontier does not endorse, verify, supervise, or guarantee any Frame, Frame creator, output, action, integration, or other third-party content available through the Services.
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- maintaining the security of your account and credentials;
- all activity occurring through your account; and
- promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share credentials in a manner that circumvents account or usage restrictions.
4. Frames You Create
You are solely responsible for Frames you create, publish, distribute, or make available through the Services, including their:
- code, instructions, prompts, content, and functionality;
- legality, accuracy, security, and reliability;
- interactions with users or third-party services;
- representations or claims;
- compliance with applicable law and third-party rights; and
- consequences when executed or used.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to make your Frames and their contents available through the Services.
You must not represent that Frontier created, approved, endorsed, audited, or certified your Frame unless we have expressly authorized you to do so.
Frontier has no obligation to review or monitor Frames and is not responsible for harm caused by a Frame created by another user.
We may restrict, disable, remove, or suspend any Frame at any time.
5. Ownership and Licenses
Your Content
As between you and Frontier, you retain your ownership rights in content and Frames you create or provide to the Services (“User Content”).
You grant Frontier a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, execute, transmit, display, modify as technically necessary, and otherwise process User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and provide the Services.
This license lasts for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and satisfy our legal and operational obligations.
Public and Forkable Frames
If you make a Frame public, shareable, installable, or forkable, you authorize Frontier to make that Frame available accordingly.
If you designate a Frame as forkable, you also grant users who lawfully access it a non-exclusive license to copy, use, modify, and create derivative Frames from it through functionality provided by the Services, subject to any additional license terms you clearly specify.
Do not make something public or forkable unless you have the rights necessary to do so.
Frontier
Frontier and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including our software, infrastructure, designs, trademarks, branding, and technology, excluding User Content.
Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Services, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Using Other People's Frames
You use third-party Frames at your own risk.
A Frame may:
- produce incorrect or unexpected results;
- contain bugs or vulnerabilities;
- communicate with external systems;
- perform actions on your behalf;
- depend on third-party services;
- change or stop working without notice; or
- behave differently from how its creator describes it.
You are responsible for reviewing a Frame before relying on it and for determining whether its actions are appropriate for you.
Frontier is not responsible for disputes between users and Frame creators.
7. Connected Services
The Services may allow you to connect accounts, communication channels, devices, APIs, or other third-party services.
By connecting a service, you authorize Frontier and applicable Frames to interact with that service as necessary to carry out actions you request.
You represent that you have the authority to grant that access.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Frontier does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, security, actions, omissions, changes, or treatment of your information.
An integration may stop working at any time.
8. Inputs, Outputs, and Automated Systems
Frames and the Services may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to process information and generate outputs.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable for your purposes.
You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on, publishing, distributing, or acting on them.
Do not rely on the Services as the sole basis for decisions that could materially affect a person's rights, safety, health, finances, employment, housing, education, insurance, legal position, or other significant interests.
The Services do not constitute legal, medical, financial, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.
Frontier is not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, claims, or consequences arising from your reliance on an output or a Frame.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Services to:
- violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- access systems, accounts, or data without authorization;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services;
- circumvent security, access, usage, payment, or technical restrictions;
- obtain credentials or sensitive information deceptively;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- engage in fraud, harassment, abuse, or unlawful surveillance;
- use the Services to harm people or property; or
- assist another person in doing any of the above.
You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract non-public source code or proprietary components of the Services except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with lawful governmental or legal requests.
10. Payments
Some Services or Frames may require payment.
Prices, subscriptions, usage limits, and billing terms presented at purchase form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at purchase:
- charges are non-refundable;
- you are responsible for applicable taxes;
- recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled; and
- we may change prices prospectively.
If users are permitted to charge for Frames or receive payments through the Services, additional terms may apply. Frontier does not guarantee any revenue, transaction volume, customer, or payment.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal information.
When you create or use a Frame, limited metadata about use of that Frame may be visible to its creator as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you independently collect or process personal information through a Frame outside Frontier's role as platform provider, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data-protection law.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account, a Frame, or access to any part of the Services if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:
- enforce these Terms;
- protect users, Frontier, or third parties;
- prevent fraud, abuse, security issues, or legal exposure;
- comply with law or legal process; or
- operate or discontinue the Services.
Where permitted by law, we may also terminate or discontinue Services for other business reasons.
We are not responsible for loss of access to Frames, content, integrations, or data resulting from suspension, termination, modification, or discontinuation of the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of information you need.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES, FRAMES, OUTPUTS, CONTENT, AND INTEGRATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
FRONTIER DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE;
- DATA WILL NOT BE LOST;
- ANY FRAME OR OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SAFE;
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE; OR
- THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
YOU USE THE SERVICES, FRAMES, AND OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONTIER AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
This applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if Frontier has been advised that such damages are possible.
Without limiting the above, Frontier is not liable for losses arising from:
- Frames or conduct of Frame creators;
- inaccurate or harmful outputs;
- actions performed by a Frame;
- third-party services or integrations;
- unauthorized access or security incidents;
- loss or corruption of data;
- reliance on information produced through the Services;
- user content;
- disputes between users; or
- modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONTIER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) US$100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO FRONTIER FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
The limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. They do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontier and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising out of or relating to:
- your use or misuse of the Services;
- a Frame you create, publish, distribute, or operate;
- your User Content;
- actions performed through your account;
- your interaction with a third-party service;
- your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or
- your infringement or violation of another person's rights.
Frontier may control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with that defense.
16. Disputes and Arbitration
Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you and Frontier agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
The party raising the dispute must send written notice describing the dispute and requested relief.
Notices to Frontier must be sent to hello@frontierintelligence.io.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after receipt of the notice, either party may proceed as described below.
Individual Arbitration
Except for matters eligible for small-claims court and requests for temporary or injunctive relief concerning unauthorized access, misuse, or intellectual-property rights, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules or, where you are using the Services primarily for business purposes, its applicable Commercial Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that would be available in court to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Unless an in-person hearing is required, proceedings may occur by telephone, video conference, or written submissions.
No Class Actions
YOU AND FRONTIER AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Unless both parties agree, an arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of different persons or preside over a representative or class proceeding.
Jury Trial Waiver
To the extent a dispute is permitted to proceed in court rather than arbitration, YOU AND FRONTIER WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Small Claims
Either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction if the claim qualifies.
Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@frontierintelligence.io within 30 days after you first accept these Terms.
Your notice must identify the account to which the opt-out applies and clearly state that you are opting out of the arbitration agreement.
Opting out of arbitration does not affect the remainder of these Terms.
Mass Arbitration
If substantially similar arbitration demands are filed against Frontier and coordinated by the same or related counsel or organizations, the applicable AAA mass-arbitration procedures and supplementary rules will apply.
17. Governing Law
Except to the extent superseded by the Federal Arbitration Act or mandatory law applicable to you, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, you and Frontier consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law gives you an overriding right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
18. Export and Sanctions Compliance
You may not use or access the Services if doing so would violate applicable U.S. export-control, sanctions, or trade laws.
You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
If you continue using the Services after revised Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
20. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a feature or transaction, constitute the agreement between you and Frontier concerning the Services.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or otherwise as permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum permissible extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and Frontier or between Frontier and any Frame creator.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will survive.
