Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Frontier Intelligence, Inc. (“Frontier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information when you use Framebook, Frames, our websites, applications, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Process

Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:

• Account information, such as your name, username, email address, profile information, authentication information, and account settings.
• Content, such as messages, prompts, files, instructions, Frame configurations, source code, inputs, outputs, and other information you provide to the Services.
• Usage and technical information, such as IP address, device and browser information, logs, timestamps, Frames used or installed, interactions, errors, and other diagnostic or usage information.
• Integration information from services you choose to connect, including account identifiers, authorization tokens, and information required to perform actions you request.
• Transaction information relating to purchases or payments, where applicable.

We may also receive information from authentication providers, service providers, Frame creators, connected services, and other parties involved in providing functionality you request.

2. Frames and Frame Creators

Framebook allows users and third parties to create software applications or capabilities called “Frames” and allows other users to use those Frames.

When you use another person's Frame, we may provide the Frame's creator with limited account and usage metadata, such as your public name or username, whether or when you used the Frame, and similar usage information.

We do not provide a Frame creator with the content of your interactions with that Frame merely because they created it.

A Frame may, however, use third-party services or perform actions that require information to be transmitted to another service. Information sent to a third party at your request is also subject to that third party's terms and privacy practices.

Frame creators are responsible for their own Frames and for any processing they independently conduct outside Frontier's Services. Frontier is not responsible for the privacy, security, or conduct of third-party services or Frame creators outside our control.

3. Connected Services

You may choose to connect services or communication channels to Framebook.

Connecting a service does not, by itself, mean that we continuously process all information available through that service. Except for information reasonably necessary to establish, secure, and maintain the connection, we process information from a connected service when you:

• explicitly invoke a Frame;
• directly interact with a Frame through that service; or
• otherwise instruct or authorize the Services to access or act on that information.

When you direct a Frame to interact with a connected service, we may transmit the information reasonably necessary to perform the requested action.

4. How We Use Information

We may process information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and personalize the Services;
• execute Frames and actions you request;
• authenticate users and maintain integrations;
• generate and deliver requested outputs;
• monitor performance, diagnose problems, and improve the Services;
• prevent abuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our terms;
• communicate with you about the Services;
• process payments and transactions;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
• comply with applicable law; and
• conduct other processing with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may use aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise non-personal information for any lawful purpose.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely as appropriate on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information:

• to cloud hosting, infrastructure, authentication, communications, analytics, payment, AI/model, security, and other service providers that help operate the Services;
• to connected services when you request or authorize an interaction with them;
• to Frame creators as described above;
• where necessary to investigate abuse, protect Frontier, our users, or others, or enforce our agreements;
• when required or permitted by law, legal process, or governmental request;
• in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction; or
• with your direction or consent.

We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining legitimate business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations.

Information may remain in backups, logs, or records for additional periods where deletion is impracticable or retention is required or permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system, network, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not guarantee the security or availability of information.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, tokens, and similar technologies where reasonably necessary for authentication, security, functionality, preferences, analytics, and operation of the Services.

We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals do not necessarily affect how the Services operate. Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid opt-out preference signal, we will do so as required.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights concerning your personal information, which may include rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict or object to certain processing of, or withdraw consent relating to your personal information.

You may submit a privacy request by emailing hello@frontierintelligence.io.

We may verify your identity before acting on a request and may decline or limit requests where permitted by law. Where applicable law provides a right to appeal our decision, you may do so by replying to our response.

You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection or privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.

9. International Processing

Frontier is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries in which Frontier or its service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those where you live.

Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers, we will use legally recognized mechanisms as required.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except where permitted by applicable law and with any authorization required by law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time as our Services, practices, or legal obligations change.

The revised Policy will become effective when posted unless a different date is stated. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law.

Your continued use of the Services is subject to the then-current Privacy Policy.
